Privacy Statement of the Radio Advisory Board of Canada

The Radio Advisory Board of Canada (RABC) provides broadly based, unbiased and technically expert advice to the Government of Canada and to the industry on all matters regarding the management and use of the radio frequency spectrum in Canada.

Information collection

We collect business contact information of members or other interested parties. This contact information may include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number and business affiliation.

While we do monitor usage of rabc-­‐cccr.ca, we do so for technical administration purposes only and without identifying individual users.

Purpose of collection

We collect information to communicate with you about RABC events, meetings and ballots.

If you are named by a Sponsor Member as their point of contact, the business email they provide for you will be posted on rabc-­‐cccr.ca.

Disclosure and safeguards

We do not sell your information to third parties.

We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

Information under our control is stored in digital format. It is protected against unauthorized access, improper use, disclosure, modification, unlawful destruction or accidental loss with security policies, rules and technical measures commensurate with the sensitivity of the information.

To request a copy of the information RABC has about you, to ask for that information to be corrected, or for further detail about how your information is collected, used or disclosed, please contact:
