In the proposed change, the specific changes are in Annex A sections 2.5 and 2.6 to remove discontinuity in the off-axis mask that currently exists at 48 degrees and also express e.i.r.p. density in dBW/MHz instead dBW/40 kHz for the band 27.5-30 GHz....
